As I created this painting of a dancer, the title ‘Unfurl my Wings and Watch Me Fly’ came to me quite suddenly as some of the brush strokes had the appearance of a delicate white wing emanating from this angelic ballet dancer’s back.

This beautiful dancer has tied the ribbons on her satin ballet shoes, is about to awaken her dancing spirit and she will perform her graceful little heart out across the stage!
