Commissions – Price on application

Occasionally I take on commissions, depending on my commitments at the time.
I work freehand from photographs in a variety of media therefore distance is no object as all relevant correspondence can be managed via email. Prices for commissions are dependent on a variety of factors, the time involved, size of artwork, medium, etc.
I initially work from photographs but my style is Impressionistic, loose and freehand, not a true representation or photo-realistic.

Please see below an example of my Painting of a Dancer titled ‘Ksenia’ from my ‘Less is More’ series and the original reference photograph of the stunning model and photographer, Ksenia Poulber. This was not a Commissioned Painting but I think it shows clearly the kind of photographs I love to work from and the resulting artwork.

Prices are on application as there are numerous factors to consider, i.e. size, medium, time etc.
You will see a small selection of more of my commissioned paintings below.
Do Commissions require payment prior to painting?
I require 50% of the commission payment, plus the final balance ( to include p&p ) on completion.
Price is dependent on a variety of factors, the time involved, size of artwork, medium, subject etc.
How long will it take to paint a commission?
Once you, the client and I, the artist, have agreed on all of the above factors, depending on my current workload, we will both have a clear idea on timescale.
